This year Backcountry Helicopters is hosting the The World Helichallenge 2009. This is an action packed 3 day event in the mountains of the World Heritage Mt Aspiring National Park.
Riders will battle it out in “Big Mountain”, “Freeride” and “Downhill” divisions in terrain that is only accessible by helicopter in the Mount Aspiring National Park region of the Southern Alps.
