| Reservation procedure:
All requests should be submitted to us by email or fax.
If requests are made by phone these must be followed up by email/fax
confirmation.
All requests will be responded to promptly.
Availability:
All activities are subject to suitable weather conditions and
availability.
Payment:
All payments must be pre-paid unless prior approval has been granted
for payments on an invoice basis. If payments are to be made on
an invoice basis, a company or personal credit card guarantee
must be provided. All invoices must be paid 7 days after receipt
of invoice.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation due to unsuitable weather conditions : Full refund
Cancellation 30 days prior to date of activity : Full refund
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to date of activity : 20%
cancellation fee
No show : 100% cancellation fee
*10% surcharge on all Public Holidays will apply.
Refunds are not given due to injury, lack of ability or fitness. |
